Doing my best to speed up that postpartum bounce back with my @bellefit corset! I’m 12 days post C-section and am loving the support that it gives me. I started wearing it 4 days postpartum when I left the hospital and feel like the compressive fit has helped my pain and already improved my posture. It feels great to stand up straight and no longer shuffle around the house all hunched over. My dogs were starting to look at me funny but now I’m back in charge! 😂🐶 Getting back to my pre-pregnancy shape is important to me but I am making sure to set reasonable goals and not push myself too hard! My body has gone through enough recently and I don’t want to stress it out any further than I have to.
