A simple tweak to bring the eyes up and make your windows appear larger. My three simple rules for curtains:

1. Put the curtain rod high! Close to the ceiling with shorter ceilings, at the very least 5” - 6” above the top of the window.
2. Extend the rod beyond each side of the window, this makes the window appear larger as it frames it instead of covering it.
3. Curtains must touch the ground. This is more a personal preference, however it just looks better :)

Day in the life of oils was fun today! Made me realize how much I actually use them and where I could try to use them more! Of course having fun diffusing some sweet smells will always be the best part. Currently in the diffuser: 3 Drops Lime, 3 Drops Lemon, 2 Drops Rosemary, 2 Drops Lavender.
