Took my second @apple Fitness+ class this morning and I have to say I really like them! The full body strength workouts are what I’m trying first since I’m trying to tone everything up (yeah I’m looking at your kangaroo pouch). Plus it syncs up with my @apple watch which works for me in tracking what I’m doing daily.

These workouts are super easy to follow along with. Both classes have used hand weights and I like that you can set the pace with the workouts- either slower or faster.

Equipment used here are 5 & 10 pound free weights and an exercise mat.

Overhead shoulder press with side rotation
Rotating hinge with rotated press
Front hinge with diagonal press
Kneeling plank row
Lateral lunge and forward lunge
