I got a 7 1/2 New Balance: go up 1/2 size Ascos: go up 1/2 size ✨✨✨ I’ve re fallen back in love with outdoor running and have found once I hit 3.5-4 miles, I can go all day. ••• had to get some new kicks since going for 5-8.5 mile runs are giving me some new aches and pains that don’t quite show up on 2 minute pushes and 1 minute all outs.
