THE perfect weekend (or everyday) dress. This one is a tank dress & I love the longer length- I have it in 2 colors- & it also comes in a shorter, short sleeve version! I cannot recommend this dress enough. Wear it with a cardigan or sweatshirt in the chilly mornings or cooler nights & take off a layer when it gets too warm. Any time we drive south, we try to bookend our trip with a stay @theumstead! It’s truly one of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed in! Our typical routine is to order room service for dinner & walk the grounds a bit if it’s not too late, then we take the rest of the night to relax. In the morning, we get coffee, get dressed, & sit out on the veranda for breakfast (I always get the açaí bowl!) before heading on our way. We’ve let the kids swim before, too, but we’ve never tried the spa! Thinking that may have to change on our next trip 😊

It was a slow & rainy morning so we took our time & ate breakfast & lunch at the house. We headed back into St. Augustine in the afternoon to tour the Colonial Quarter (the kids loved it!) & walked around a little more before ending up at a Mexican restaurant for dinner.

I just really love going anywhere with them 🩷 I’ve been really slacking on finishing up our trip itinerary (I don’t like to post until we’re home!) so here’s Day 7:

We had another slow morning before heading over to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm & Zoological Park. It was really awesome & had so much more than I expected! Then we drove to the St. Augustine Lighthouse just to check it out- we decided not to go in. From there we went to the Conch Marina for lunch right on the water & it was delicious! Joe’s parents cooked us dinner at home & it was just a really nice night. I could have used another day like this!
