A quick reminder to remember how far you’ve come 👏🏼 I have been struggling to celebrate my wins recently. For some reason, I seem to be the first person to point out my shortcomings, even when things are going well! < I should have gotten more blog posts finished this week, #LSLsupperclub isn’t working out the way I want it to, I don’t like those photos of me, I can’t seem to get back into pre-pandemic shape, I should have updated my website sooner... this list goes on and on... > But as this very busy day came to an end, I thought for a second about what 25 year old me would think of me now. She wouldn’t see ANY of those things!!! Instead, she would see that I’ve turned the crazy idea of starting a blog into my career. She’d see the beautiful home that my hard work made possible. She’d see someone who is committed to her health . She’d see someone who not only kept her business afloat but grew her reach and worked with some her favorite brands during a pandemic! She’d see someone handling a million wedding postponements with grace. And of course, she’d be really really psyched about Adam and Luna, too 😜 If you’ve found yourself in that negative cycle recently, take a breath and think about how far you’ve come.
