I was thoroughly impressed with myself and the honey mustard salmon and warm mushroom and toasted quinoa salad I cooked from the book cook from Kristin that I can’t stop talking about in my stories. My husbands family is full of cooks, and amazing ones at that who love it. I think I never really gave it much attention since they were so good but this cookbook is yummy, lots of veggie options and easy to follow. It has quite possibly turned me into one of those people that actually likes cooking.
