Found an awesome work / errands / commuting flat shoe. These are water resistant, have a non slip rubber sole, ortholite cushioned insole with a small hidden wedge for a tiny bit of extra height (I find a little height to be more comfortable than completely flat shoes), and the shape is sleek and classic. I am usually between size 5 to 5.5 and a 5.5 fit perfectly. Blazer cardigan is my trusty jcrew one in size xxxs (size down).
