These last few days have been rough. Tonight I put on this comfy sweater from H.Kyle and curled up under my weighted blanket. Weighted blankets are great for anxiety and insomnia. This is my second time trying one. My first blanket wasn’t a good fit. This one is 20 pounds and helps me fall asleep. It’s that hug that I need so much right now. My bedtime routine includes sleeping on a Silk Pillowcase. It’s one of the ways that my curls stay “poppin” and my skin stays “glowin.” I know you may be wondering, “why not satin?” It’s a preference. Both are great options for your hair. The main difference is cost, as silk tends to be more expensive.
