Sometimes when life becomes extremely stressful due to reasons outside of your own control, you simply have to take a deep breath and remember what's most important to you. It's not the end of the world. Learn to take pleasure in the little things. This year has been full of big things for me, and I'll be starting 2017 with a major surgery to (hopefully) eliminate my chronic migraines and sleep apnea. I'm working on opening a kombucha distribution company and taproom. I'm also rekindling the love I have for oil painting. This year has had many tremendous things. Five people I know have been diagnosed with various different forms of cancer. Three funerals, one being that of my Grandfather whom I completely adored. But amidst all of this, you have to keep on living for the good, seeking out improvement, betterment, enrichment, and every now and then, remember to stop and take a deep breath. It's all going to be OK! http://liketk.it/2pMMm @liketoknow.it #liketkit
