Sorry, Spanx. I had the last laugh on this one! Don't get me wrong: I have a couple of pairs and I love creating smooth curves, but there was something very liberating about letting my plush tummy hang where it sits. And strutting. Maybe it's a result of the work I've been doing toward loving myself wholeheartedly. Maybe it's because it was too hot to care.
