One question I get consistently when working with clients or chatting with readers is what to wear under tops that are a bit see through. My take is that you want your pretty top to be the center of attention, so anything that takes away from the top is not ideal. Which can mean different things for different tops. In this case, you can't really see my bra through the shirt so no camisole needed, which is how I think most tops look best. But if you have to wear a camisole, I like nude camisoles best because they just blend in and don't detract from the shirt.
