#candidmoment 💗 I don’t work out every day. Some days I’m tired, too busy or just over it. I skip workouts, sometimes a week or month at a time. I eat cake, Chick-fil-A, and drink wine. Sometimes more than I should. I was born with a booty. I have a healthy (that’s being generous) appetite. But then some days I’m 100% on my game, scorching cals, getting those workouts in, and sticking to a lean and clean diet. Sometimes I’m consistent for months at a time! But what I’ve had to teach myself is that it’s okay. And that’s what I’m here to show you. Today on the blog I’m sharing my workout routine and I’m talking more about how social media has put an unwanted pressure on myself and others. And #spoileralert - I don’t have just one routine.
