🥳 The grand opening of the @nordstrom flagship was incredible! From the pre grand opening beauty bash on Broadway, to the branded treats all over the place, to floors and floors of shopping - 320,000 square feet to be exact, it was all fabulous and well done. In addition to retail, there beauty services, eight restaurants and bars plus interactive brand experiences at the store. We kicked off the opening of the store upstairs at Bistro Verde with Erik Nordstrom and @alaskaair Managing Director of Customer Loyalty Ryan Butz. It was perfect: Both companies pride themselves on customer care and it shows. What an honor to be here! Going into the flagship will now be a tradition on my future trips to NYC. You HAAAAVE to check it out if you are in town. The store is south is Central Park, so factor it in to your travel plans.
