Healthy HIGH PROTEIN ICE CREAM made with organic whole milk cottage cheese! All you need are 3 ingredients and a blender! It is SO GOOD and the funny thing is, I don’t even like cottage cheese! My kids (and their friends) approve too!

INGREDIENTS: (all found at @target)

1 container of Good Culture organic whole milk cottage cheese
1/4 Cup organic honey
8-10 organic strawberries

Toss it all in a blender and blend until silky smooth. Put it in a container in the freezer for 2-3 hours, stirring every once in a while so it doesn’t turn icy.

Enjoy!

Tip: You want to enjoy it right away. If it sits in the freezer longer than 4-5 hours it turns into a rock. (learned that one the hard way).
